The course addresses the following topics:
- Topic 1: GIs for spirit drinks in the context of EU quality policy and regulatory framework overview
- Topic 2: Control systems related to GIs for spirit drinks
- Topic 3: Planning and organisation of official control activity on GIs for spirit drinks
- Topic 4: Official controls on GIs for spirit drinks

Οι γενικοί στόχοι του προγράμματος κατάρτισης/κύκλου μαθημάτων BTSF για το μάθημα 4: Η διατομεακή κατάρτιση σχετικά με τους ελέγχους της αγοράς στον τομέα των γεωργικών προϊόντων διατροφής, του οίνου και των αλκοολούχων ποτών είναι:
- Στόχος 1: πλήρης κατανόηση του νομικού πλαισίου.
- Στόχος 2: άριστη γνώση των οργανωτικών πτυχών των ελέγχων.
- Στόχος 3: εις βάθος γνώση των προκαταρκτικών σταδίων της δραστηριότητας ελέγχου.
- Στόχος 4: εις βάθος γνώση των επίσημων ελέγχων σε ολόκληρη την αλυσίδα.
- Στόχος 5: πλήρης επίγνωση της σημασίας της ορθής υποβολής εκθέσεων και των δραστηριοτήτων επικοινωνίας.
- Στόχος 6: πλήρης ενσωμάτωση όλων των πληροφοριών που παρέχονται στο μάθημα.
Ο κύκλος μαθημάτων καλύπτει τα ακόλουθα θέματα:
- Θέμα 1: Νομικό πλαίσιο και προστασία των ΓΕ/ΕΠΙΠ για τους τομείς του οίνου, των αλκοολούχων ποτών, των γεωργικών προϊόντων και των τροφίμων
- Θέμα 2: Ιδιαιτερότητες των δραστηριοτήτων ελέγχου στους τομείς του οίνου, των αλκοολούχων ποτών και των γεωργικών προϊόντων και τροφίμων με ΓΕ/ΕΠΙΠ
- Θέμα 3: Έλεγχοι της αγοράς σε φυσικές αγορές
- Θέμα 4: Έλεγχοι της αγοράς στο ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο
Το παρόν πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης έχει σχεδιαστεί για τα προφίλ και τις θέσεις που περιγράφονται κατωτέρω. Ελέγξτε τη συμμόρφωση με τα κριτήρια επιλογής πριν από την υποβολή ή την επικύρωση των αιτήσεων.
- Προσωπικό των αρμόδιων αρχών που συμμετέχουν στον σχεδιασμό και τον συντονισμό των δραστηριοτήτων ελέγχου της αγοράς στους τομείς των γεωργικών προϊόντων διατροφής, του οίνου ή των αλκοολούχων ποτών (κατά προτίμηση σε κεντρικό επίπεδο) και επιτόπιοι επιθεωρητές που συμμετέχουν στην εκτέλεση των εν λόγω ελέγχων
- Προσωπικό των εξουσιοδοτημένων φορέων ελέγχου στους οποίους έχουν ανατεθεί ειδικά καθήκοντα σχετικά με τις δραστηριότητες ελέγχου της αγοράς των συστημάτων ποιότητας στους τομείς των γεωργικών προϊόντων διατροφής, του οίνου ή των αλκοολούχων ποτών
- Προσωπικό των εθνικών οργανισμών διαπίστευσης και των τελωνειακών αρχών που δραστηριοποιούνται στους τομείς των γεωργικών προϊόντων διατροφής, του οίνου ή των αλκοολούχων ποτών.
Οι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να έχουν καλό επίπεδο εργασίας στην αγγλική γλώσσα.
