The overall objectives of the BTSF Training Programme/Course on Course 2: Control of GIs in the spirit drinks sector are:

  • Goal 1: full grasp of the legal framework
  • Goal 2: perfect command of the organisational aspects of controls
  • Goal 3: in-depth knowledge of the preliminary steps of the control activity
  • Goal 4: in-depth knowledge of official controls in the whole chain
  • Goal 5: full awareness of the importance of correct reporting and communication activities
  • Goal 6: complete integration of all the information provided in the course

The course addresses the following topics:

  • Topic 1: GIs for spirit drinks in the context of EU quality policy and regulatory framework overview
  • Topic 2: Control systems related to GIs for spirit drinks
  • Topic 3: Planning and organisation of official control activity on GIs for spirit drinks
  • Topic 4: Official controls on GIs for spirit drinks
  • Topic 5: Communication and reporting related to official controls on GIs for spirit drinks
  • Topic 6: Integration activities .

This Training Programme has been designed for the profiles and positions described below. Please verify compliance with the selection criteria before submitting or validating applications.

  • Staff of competent authorities involved in planning and coordinating control activities of spirit drinks sector (preferably at central level) and field inspectors involved in the delivery of such controls
  • Staff of delegated control bodies to which specific tasks related to GI control activities in the spirit drinks sector have been delegated
  • Staff of national accreditation bodies and customs authorities involved in the spirit drinks GI sector

De overordnede mål for BTSF-uddannelsesprogrammet /kurset på kursus 4: Tværsektoriel uddannelse i markedskontrol af landbrugsfødevarer, vin og spiritus er:

  • Mål 1: fuld forståelse af de retlige rammer.
  • Mål 2: fuldstændig beherskelse af de organisatoriske aspekter af kontrollen.
  • Mål 3: indgående kendskab til de indledende trin i kontrolaktiviteten.
  • Mål 4: indgående kendskab til offentlig kontrol i hele kæden.
  • Mål 5: fuld bevidsthed om betydningen af korrekte rapporterings- og kommunikationsaktiviteter.
  • Mål 6: fuldstændig integration af alle de oplysninger, der gives i kurset.

Kurset behandler følgende emner:

  • Emne 1: Retlige rammer for og beskyttelse af geografiske betegnelser/garanterede traditionelle specialiteter i sektorerne for vin, spiritus, landbrugsprodukter og fødevarer
  • Emne 2: Særlige forhold i forbindelse med kontrolaktiviteter i sektorerne for vin, spiritus og landbrugsprodukter og fødevarer med geografiske betegnelser/garanterede traditionelle specialiteter
  • Emne 3: Markedskontrol på fysiske markedspladser
  • Emne 4: Markedskontrol inden for e-handel

Dette uddannelsesprogram er udformet med henblik på de profiler og stillinger, der er beskrevet nedenfor. Kontrollér, at udvælgelseskriterierne er opfyldt, inden ansøgningerne indsendes eller valideres.

  • Personale hos de kompetente myndigheder, der er involveret i planlægning og koordinering af markedskontrolaktiviteter inden for landbrugs-, vin- og spiritussektoren (helst på centralt plan), og kontrollører på stedet, der er involveret i gennemførelsen af en sådan kontrol
  • Personale ved kontrolorganer med delegerede opgaver, som har fået delegeret specifikke opgaver i forbindelse med markedskontrolaktiviteter i forbindelse med kvalitetsordningerne for landbrugsfødevarer, vin eller spiritus
  • Personale hos nationale akkrediteringsorganer og toldmyndigheder, der er involveret i landbrugs-, vin- og spiritussektoren.

Ansøgerne skal have et godt arbejdsniveau på engelsk.
